The Red Lion Steakhouse & Hotel

Only went for a drink, but it was a good pint

Would not stay again. Had stains on the towels and the bed. The room was so cold when we arrived we nearly left the hotel. One small heater in the room was broken. The list went on but you get the gist.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Great atmosphere, fabulous room, nice staff. Excellent price for the quality of room.

Stopped for night to go out for an Xmas party, rooms were decent and the drinks were cheap ♡ food was lovely and staff friendly

Lovely food,lesley was very helpful and approachable and made a great breakfast. Other staff were miserable and were more for the locals.

Food & drinks: We had the Cheese Burger and it was good. Many Choices of beer are available.

The food is very good and the staff are very good but the service was slow we had to wait between each course it wasn't busy at all Sue and the other lady were very nice, red was very clean, there maybe a car park round the back do t know what the rooms are like as I haven't stayed there x Food & drinks: The food was very good and well cooked and hot and drinks very good

Table was very sticky and had to be cleaned, meal was good although people who had fillet steak were disappointed by its size it fitted easily fitted in palm of hand
