We got seated and waited for 25 minutes for a server. No one came. We had to hunt down a server while watching 5 servers cleaning and setting one table!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to rec room hotel. Despite being seated promptly, we waited over 20 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge our presence and take our order. The lack of attention from the staff was unacceptable, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. Unfortunately, this experience has tarnished my impression of the restaurant, and I cannot recommend it to others."
