The Randolph Diner Bar & Grill

This place gets worse every time I try to give them another chance! Between the outlandish pricing, the disappointment in the food, and now the service! Went to have a nice family dinner to celebrate great news with my family and not only was the server rude and extremely difficult to understand but he had the audacity to speak to my mom and myself like we were children. My mom asked for a rare burger - now mind you we have been going to this diner for over 20 years- never once had an issue with asking for a rare burger, instead of saying I can check with the kitchen like a normal server he just straight up said NO! we can’t do that…and then proceeded to look at my mom like if she had 2 heads. Called for a manager that I saw standing at the register doing nothing, he looked at me and never came over to see what the issue was. I can not get over how much this diner has become straight garbage!! Instead of investing more money for the atmosphere maybe you should spend money and time on retraining your servers so they don’t continue to lose you money or invest money into better quality food! Service and food are the most important things for a business such as a diner and the Randolph Diner is lacking in everything!

Good solid diner with a varied menu

Amazing food, with amazing service! The perfect combo meal :) There are no pictures only because my appetite was not trying to wait, lol. Next time.

Rica la comida (me gustó especialmente el taco de pescado) buen servicio y bastante rápido, fuimos a almorzar y había bastante gente, buen ambiente. Volveremos.
