Wonderful experience in all aspects; food, servive, atmosphere, and the view from this restaurant at top of Crown Hotel, of the Niagara Falls in Canada I Truly recommend this place for a great dining experience; God bless and Enjoy!

Service was very good and the breakfast buffet was okay.. not more more to expect from a buffet. The only thing that threw me off, was the waiter expected a $100 tip at breakfast and then mu husband felt pressured into tipping him $70. Personally I feel that's ridiculous for bring us 2 coffees and 2 apple juice..we got everything else ourselves. Guest should not be pressure into tipping.

Great location, beautiful view and excellent service. Drinks and food were ok, not the Wow experience that we were looking for especially they brag being the best restaurant in Niagara Falls.

No menu service offered even when asked and even though widely published. The buffet breakfast was just passable. The sausage to avoid. The butter well chilled beyond any ability to spread. When I finally day three discovered I could order eggs, not Benedict, but fried, my sunny side up was one bright with raw white, and one better cooked but broken on cracking and not so sunny. This seemed ok to the cook. Not a great value at that, but fulfilling and friendly, if ineffective due to venue restraints and a short window of hours, service.

Absolutely amazing breakfast and service. Outstanding views while you have a gourmet breakfast. Worth every penny.

Buffet très bien garni et varié. Service accueillant et vue superbe sur les chutes. Un peu bruyant avec beaucoup de groupes.

Une vue magnifique sur la chute et on s’arrêtera là. Personnel pas du tout sympathique, on a réussit en forçant avec nos amis à rendre poli le serveur en lui répondant bien fort " merci ou s'il vous plait" par contre pour encaisser là il était rapide. Des toilettes dignes d'un hall de gare, et un buffet à volonté tout de même assez limité et pas top au niveau gustatif.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza and wanted to try this place for breakfast, food was ok Buffet style, customer services very poor and you wouldn’t believe if I tell you the person that serve the water gave my husband an orange juice he brought from and other table that have left and combined with a one of left overs he had on the station they bring the dirty dishes. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Our experience was not the best. Also don’t think the price was worth the food at all.

The food and service were great. The restaurant is nice and the view is amazing! Good price for breakfast buffet with a view.

The whole experience was fantastic. Having fav food for a full breakfast with the view is just pure amazing. Sandra was our server and she was extra nice and even has great customer service! She made sure to check on us for needs including drinks and cleaner plate, on top of it the view! The restaurant was quite busy but Sandra kept the pace going and make sure to fulfill every guests’ needs. Strongly recommend and definitely coming here again!
