The Perk

First visit this morning Gentleman working was very unwelcoming and down right rude. Spoke to me as if I was stupid. I won't return. Coffee and muffin were less then spectacular. Good service would have allowed that to be over looked. Kindness matters.

Great tasting coffee! The decaf too! And delicious cold peach smoothies! I drive from London sometimes to go there and get away from the hustle and bustle here.

Couldn’t order before owner made sarcastic remarks to me. Had a timmies coffee that was no good and wanted to add sugar. When I went up I was greeted with a?“yeah because it is free” by the employee. I was shocked he tried to embarrass me about it in front of other customers. Was thinking of throwing my timmies out and getting a coffee from this place, however my business was already gone before I could try it. Can’t say much about how it looks either.

The owner is such a nice gentleman. Sweet and kind. Best customer service!!

Amazing service. Great coffee and a wonderful atmosphere. I always love supporting local shops like this one! You can’t find a better place in St Thomas than the The Perk.

They make a fantastic iced latte!!

Went to grab food from wok express and normally i stop in afterwards to grab coffees. A very angry man screamed at people in line to move away from his shop. His shop was not blocked by any means. He lost my business today and in the future. He should try being nice to people and/or take advantage of people standing in front to sell his product.

The coffee here was good. It may have been a little on the pricey side, however, the taste was delicious. The Perk also sells fresh coffee grinds to make your own coffee and tea with a variety of flavours and options.
