I wish they had more options for vegetarians than just egg and pancakes. They sadly got rid of the vegetarian burger patty. With that said, the omelets and pancake options are fantastic! My favorite is the mushroom & cheddar omelet sub the Swedish pancakes (the $4+ upcharge is a bit steep though). I make 3-4 meals out of this 1 order!!
