This was legitimately one of the worst meals I've had in a very, very long time. Started with the cougar Gold dip and it was fantastic but everything, and I mean everything was horrible after that. The flatbread that went with the dip was so overcooked it was hard, chewy and unedible. I got the pub steak, it looked like it had been boiled. There was absolutely no char or color on the exterior of the steak. No seasoning either. Big dollop of garlic butter on the top. It was absolutely horrible. The gravy on the mashed potatoes had a very odd taste to it and the green beans had so much pepper and salt on them I could not eat them. Now, onto the wife. She had the French dip. At least that's what I think it was supposed to be. That's what she ordered but that's not what it looked like. The meat looked raw. Again, no color to it at all whatsoever and no seasoning. Had melted Swiss on it that had hardened already by the time they brought it to the table so it just looked extremely unappetizing too. Not sure what is going on at that location but we have been there many times before and got a great meal. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back to the north side location ever. I maybe willing to give the downtown one more shot but this was absolutely ridiculous. The service was okay. We were supposed to be celebrating a special night and the dinner almost ruined it. Instead, we are just laughing about what a terrible experience it was and we vow to not come back.
Just decided to stop and try it out, turned out better than we expected. If the food isn't good enough for you, you have to appreciate how friendly the staff is. We had multiple servers, the manager, even one of the wait staff taking care of us the moment we walked in to the point we walked out. Thank you guys for your awesome service
I asked my dad to help me review this place and that's what he said(he helped me give stars about the place) so it's pretty good... but somewhat expensive but i would assume that it's worth it...
Had my birthday dinner there and it was really good. I always get their nachos.
Our server in the bar was great! The cougar gold cheese dip was 10/10 by far, however when the steaks came… I wouldn’t even consider it to be a steak honestly. If this is the entree, I would hate to see the appetizer portions. The steak was not only tiny, it was also flavorless. The onion rings are bigger than the steak. Both meals were this way. We spent $80 on a lunch and were both hungry an hour later. Extremely disappointed… wouldn’t go out of my way to come back
Twice baked spaghetti was amazing.
We all enjoyed it after the basketball game food was great service was good
