Excellent sausage cob and coffee, and bacon option
Popped in for a quick drink whilst passing and had a scone to go with it. Both hit the spot and our table on the upper floor overlooking the canal basin was a nice finish to a Sunday afternoon. We have been before at a busier time and the experience was the same, a nice cosy venue with good service, food and drink. Parking: There is a small off street carpark off the main road through the village.
Great place to stop for a coffee and a nibble while walking the dog. Lovely situation by the canal basin, great ambience.
Really nice place. Took the dog for a walk down the canal and then had hot chocolate and cake. Very nice with good service.
Parking: I am not really able to comment ,as I arrived via a peddle cycle! The available car park is small, which seems adequate for the amount of seating available in the cafe, though at busy times when the outside seating (under cover) is utilised, then parking on the Street is advised. Wheelchair accessibility: It is a very old building,so access is limited, though negotiable with care!
Lovely cafe in a beautiful setting. Great service from the friendly staff. The food & coffee were great! Will have to try some of their rather tempting cakes next time!
Went today, such a lovely place to eat, had the carrot cake and can't wait to try something else next time.
