The Old Spaghetti Factory

Good food, and our Waitress was a rock star at her job. It is rare to find such a service now a days. We loved it.

Went here for a 2nd time and this experience was really bad. To start with we sat in the bar area and the booth we sat at was dirty, the waitress comes and wipes it down and geta the crumbs all over me. Then acts surprised like she didn't mean to do that. Anyway I ordered the cotton candy drink and watches our waitress go from wiping down our table to printing someone's receipt out , then goes and makes our drinks. This lady didn't put any gloves on and grabs the cotton candy with her bare , gross dirty hands. Then brings it over. Ugh! Disgusted..after I seen that I was totally grossed , they brought my food and it was cold and not very good. So I didn't eat anything. Will not be returning. She clearly needs one training

We had a very nice dinner. Hadn't been to OSF in years. Service very good. Food good and reasonably priced. Will go back soon. Parking: We found a spot on the street near by. We were told by staff that they had a parking lot behind restaurant building.

Our waiter Jesus was fabulous! We had a party of 17 for my granddaughter 16th birthday. He smiled, was funny made sure our dinner everything was good. Thank you for making our dinner extra special. Parking: Parked in free lighted (after 3 PM free ) parking garage took elevator to Old Spaghetti Factory Lobby. Kid-friendliness: Choices of ice cream, kids Size meals and good price
