The Old Mill

I'd booked a particular table for a 70th birthday meal four weeks ago. When we arrived we were given a different table for 10 which was hastily pulled together. When I said that it wasn't the one I'd spe cified, I was told that it was the one I'd been given! The service was underwhelming, and food was poor. The absence of management was apparent. An expensive disappointment. I won't be in an hurry to darken your doors any time soon.

I adore this place! Every meal I've had here has been exceptional. The service is fantastic, and the food quality is consistently excellent.

I posted a review in mistake about another place....I apologise, and I have deleted it. This is value for money, a great place to eat. The service was good, and the belly of pork was great. Would 100% recommend

Locanda tipica inglese. Cibo buono e prezzi nella norma. Food & drinks: Portate tipiche inglesi, diverse dal nostro menù ma gustose.

Struttura a duplice uso: hotel e pub/ristorante. L'hotel è un po' vintage sia nella struttura esterna che in quella interna, servizi limitati, camere spaziose e pulite. Un aggiornamento e una rinfrescata non guasterebbero. Ristorante con annesso pud: discrete le offerte gastronomiche, incentrate sulla carne. Diverse le birre a disposizione. Personale discreto, buon parcheggio, tranquillo, situato accanto ad un fiume.

Business traveler - so connectivity is critical. Don’t expect it here. No real 4G and no WiFi - it’s the Cloud’s fault I’m told. Food typical chef & brewer. Rooms basic but ok. I couldn’t even post this review in the place ! No connection!!
