The Okeover Arms

I recently dined at Okeover Arms and was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely amazing, exceeding my expectations with every bite. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out to me was their thoughtfulness in accommodating our furry friends – they had dog beds ready, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Okeover Arms to anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a pet-friendly atmosphere

The country pub feel of this place has unfortunately been lost and turned into a pricey curry house/ cafe with the most uncomfortable seating. Felt you couldn't just have a drink and relax. Such a shame another traditional pub has been lost.

Called in for lunch. Service and location excellent. Disappointing menu for us. My elderly companion always has scampi which unfortunately wasn't on the menu. Most of the vegetarian options were Indian so I ended up having just the mushrooms on sourdough. All the puddings were chocolate so we went to m&s for some very berry cheesecake and ate it at home. Food & drinks: Called in for lunch. Service excellent, location great, disappointed with menu though.

Had an amazing Easter Sunday meal here with friends.Fantastic food, brilliant service and sooo dog friendly!!!!! Loved it and we will be back lots for sure :-)

Found this little gem by accident & will certainly be back. Staff were fantastic, very welcoming to us & the dogs, food was amazing, one of the best curries I’ve had for awhile! Big outdoor space for the warmer days Can’t comment on the rooms, but if anything like the rest of the pub I’m sure they’ll be great.

Excellent welcome, Excellent service, Excellent food. New owners since last time we visited but they have certainly put their mark on the place. Traditional food with a twist to make it stand out and be remembered. Could not have been more helpful with landlady having sensational hosting skills. Animals very very welcome with beds , bowls and food to spoil even the most pampered pet. Plenty of room both inside and out making it homely but not on top of each other. Sensational surroundings whatever the weather, caters for everything. Thank you for your kindness.
