This Restaurant had potential although opening chef let sous chefs alone during opening. Probably for best food wise because it was great. Expensive yes but ingredients were king crab, prime steaks, 1st of season fish flown in. Eccosustaineable produce etc. Service unfortunately can't be provided by local staff and GM they always fell short of true fine dining. Servers with phones out, not starched uniforms, no clean shaves. No culinary school managers, no previous high end expectations. Basically didn't know competition and level of attention to detail next door. 1st chef after 5 yes left frustrated. 2nd left hired by him left after 5 yes. Place closed 1 month later. This Restaurant with a real GM could've been the first CATCH in NJ. It's why chefs don't work for corporations anymore. Shortsighted Companies coming from out of state. Parking: Valet was handled poorly in comparison to Capitol Grille

Went today on Christmas! An my service was bad ! My waiter seem as if he didn’t want to be there! My food took a very long time come a when it did it was cold had to send the broccoli back it was tasteless not cook correct! I can say must be a different chef! I never had this problem before! Seems like things have change not going back!!

Raw bar is good, especially the clams. Service likely a little off, seems it could be great at prime time, but due to our time, snack at 4pm, they needed to shift from lunch yo dinner, but we were only there for an app, raw bar, and cocktails...
Amazing experience. We enjoyed every moment, every little thing. The food, the wine, the desserts, and the service. Julio was very nice and professional.
The food was very salty, and the main portion size was small. I think they took a cookie cutter to my filet mignon. The appetizer was very good shrimp with grits. The desert decent. The server wonderful. She made the evening good. Food very very salty. The service was good. The atmosphere was okay.
Stopped for the first time for a quick bite. Added tip and should have been charged $120. It came $121 on my statement. I know it's just $1 but still I take it as a lack of integrity.
