Worst experience ever and had almost fight with management of Nawab's
I and my friends recently visited Nawab's Restaurant and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. We arrived at 10:40 PM and were made to wait for 40 minutes, supposedly due to a rush. After finally getting a table, we were informed that both chicken and mutton biryani were unavailable.
We then ordered Patthar Ka Ghost and kebabs with rumali, only to be told 5 minutes later that these items were also not available. To make matters worse, the waiter argued with us, falsely claiming that we had been informed about the unavailability earlier.
The management and service at Nawab's are abysmal. The staff is rude, and their disorganization ruined our evening. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
The word Nawab is very popular. This term has not found much similarity in practical sense due to some of their behaviour & hospitality . First of all their waiters are not attentive while taking orders. I said I don't eat curry leaves so that curry leaves are not given to me. Finally Curry leaves are served in the food. After that I asked whether the payment will be made by Visa card. He said Visa Master Card Debit Credit everything is there no problem. After that at the end of the meal while paying the bill says their card punch machine is local.not international. I even failed to explain to their manager about my cash availability. Asia's famous Gastrology Hospital AIG receives patients from far and widely . Foreigners visit throughout the year. Your business is to invest this hospital. I have never expected such irresponsible and unpredictable unprofessional service. I am drawing the attention of Nawab's owners authorities to appoint professional people to keep the reputation of your organization intact. By doing this, customer satisfaction will increase and your business will prosper. Believe me I will not recommend anyone from Bangladesh . Today's situation will never be forgotten. I am very ashamed.
