The Modern Bakery

The Modern Bakery is a boutique style bakery specializing in macarons. We are one of the few bakeries you can find a true macaron made in house in the Lehigh Valley. Due to demand, we do not have normal walk in hours. As we cater to our custom orders and preorder purchases, we may not have enough time to bake for the public as well. But we do try to have a pop up opening at least once a month (more in the summer!) and holiday weekends. On these days we will be open for walk ins (no preorders necessary!)
