Run by a bunch of kids that act like they don't know what they're doing half the time
People working have no clue about proper customer service. I ordered a bagel and left. The bagel tasted like it was a week old- hard as a rock. Never again.
I went through the drive through today. When I was driving up, I noticed there were 2 cars that had already ordered waiting to receive their orders. After I ordered, it took nearly 10 minutes for the 1st car to get their order. And, mind you, they were already waiting by the window when I pulled up to order. The 2nd car just got a coffee, so that was quick. After that, I pulled up, and the window was open. There were 3 or 4 people working the drive through. The one girl seemed very overwhelmed and frustrated, saying to her coworker that she thought that she had given the wrong order to another customer. I told her what I had ordered, and then she told me that she needed a couple of minutes and shut the window. Almost 10 minutes later I finally got my food. When I got to work, I noticed that they gave me a bacon, egg, and cheese on a crossiant. Not only did I not order that, I don't eat meat. I tried to take the bacon off, but unfortunately the cheese was melted onto the bacon, the egg, and the crossiant so I couldn't take it off. So much for going to a drive through to save time. 🙄
I was just going to leave it be. But this is the most GHETTO Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. There's never a manager here, there's a bunch of teenagers blasting music. It used to be bad years ago before I moved away. I've since moved back and it's still terrible. Drive through takes 84 years and there could be 2 cars infront of you. Drinks are inconsistent. Someone needs to regulate this business for sure. Current coffee attached and this is my remake. Cold brew... where's the foam? The 1st one was weak the 2nd still weak still no foam. The children working there have no guidance it's not even their fault. Make it better or close the doors and make it into a sephora and actually add value to the southside lol
What happened to Pinky and the crew that was working there for the last year?! Everything was running smoothly from the time they reopened to about 2-3 months ago. Girl was blasting music and singing loudly! Took 15 min to get 2 coffees and a bagel. Only to find out my coffee was made wrong and BURNT! As another person wrote, shut this down and make it into something else… unless you bring Pinky back and the crew she worked with.
New staff needs to be trained immediately. Our orders yesterday came out terrible tasting. Bacon wasn’t cooked properly neither. Please train new staff on how to prepare the foods and drinks for they are not free. Thank you.
Service was great and the food was excellent as usual. Loved it!
I've been to this Dunkin a few times before work. They are the best Dunkin I've gone to. They are never too busy during the crazy rush hour times, and the staff are so kind. They have made my mornings so much better. The food and drinks are always great, too!
I struggle with my mental health really badly and the lovely people running this dunkin have made my struggle a bit easier every time i come in for my iced coffee. Always make an effort to say hello how are you and seem genuinely happy to see you. Very nice feeling. Thank you, so much. When i am having a really rough time mentally i remember them. Also, hands down they make the BEST iced coffee around.
They are always polite to me & my drink is always exactly what I ordered 😊 (I only do mobile ordering through the app)
