I never leave reviews but this was really poor. £7 for a sandwich with non of the sides it said on the menu (we were not told they didn’t have salad/coleslaw until they served the food) tuna hadn’t been drained properly and made the sandwich soggy. No drinks menu and staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. But they made an ice coffee that my son enjoyed and the kronut was okay, hence 2 stars not 1. Used to really love it here when it was fitzwilliam, unfortunately will not be visiting again.
A decent place for a breakfast bite and a cuppa in Rotherham town centre. Atmosphere is pleasant but sadly waited an age for 2 coffees at least 15 minutes. Breakfasts had been cooked and eaten before we got them. Food was tasty though. Only 2nd time we’d gone in. We used to love its predecessor (Fitz and Hughes). We will probably give it another go as it’s nicer to sit in than Tesco and you don’t always want to be sat with the breakfast drinkers in Wetherspoons.
Yes I had a sausage sandwich and I enjoyed very much.
Nice little cafe, had a bacon sandwich and coffee a couple of times. Relaxing and not rushed atmosphere.
Lovely friendly staff make you feel welcome. Nice tea and cheesy toast
Cheese on toast amazing large portion and too generous with the cheese. Omelette overcooked outside not cooked inside. Good central venue and will go again. Fab pot of tea
