Just overall phenomenal. Ribeye was spectacular like usual. And from the bartenders, to my server, to the gentleman working the front, everything was spot on. I’ve never seen someone work the room, keep waiting guests informed, and do everything possible to make every situation work quite like the guy working the front did. I wish I remembered his name but I will definitely find out next visit because he deserves to be recognized. Thanks again for another great night
We took our son and his girlfriend out for a birthday dinner. It was Saturday night. I called the Wednesday prior and was told o could book at 4:30 or after 8pm. She was polite enough, but said “you can have the 4:30, but I’m going to need the table back by 6:00.” I have never been told this by a restaurant in my life. It instantly made our special night feel rushed. Two ordered the queen cut prime rib and stated it was the best they’ve ever had. Two ordered the 6oz filets and the steak was fantastic. Our server Darcy was prompt, friendly and well informed. She earns 5 stars from us! The bill for four of us was $450. In my opinion, there are many other fine restaurants in the Milwaukee area where you can get equally as wonderful service and top notch food for a lower price. Also, the large dining room we were in had no ambiance. Drop ceiling, tables packed in so closely you can hear each others conversation. When I reached for the back of my chair for my purse I touched the woman’s chair behind mine. If you’re looking for a better option go to Eddie Martinis or Koerpers. Also, spending $100+ per person, I don’t expect to be rushed through it.
Choice meat at Prime prices.
We ordered meals for takeout and they gave us enough food for multiple meals for each person. Called our order in and we're amazed by what all came with the steaks, I'm used to steak houses where you pay $55 for just the meat, here you get bread, potato, salad... The whole shebang really great and everything was packed separately and was nice and hot still when we got home
Great food, but it's overpriced, as are the appetizers and drinks! Otherwise, service is slow if they are busy! Good for an overpriced experience! Better have a loaded great credit card and / or a pocket full of cash!
Great supper club style steakhouse. Friendly service. Interior could use an update, and the space could be better utilized. Their 1500 degree drawer broiler creates a beautiful char, and my Kobe filet was cooked perfectly. Everything is ala cart, but portions are generous. I like that you can come as you are and don't need to get decked out to the nines to enjoy a fine dining level of food quality and preparation. You can dress up if you like, though. The one suggestion I can offer would be updating the website to enable online reservations. You can email them, but they don't always check it, so you have to call them for reservations.
