Your “bus person” Kylie in Madison was a delightful and her personality made my night - it was a delight! Parking: Bus person made my night!

Arrived for our 7:30 appointment. The hostess area was full of couples who apparently also had reservations and the system glitched. Seeing other reviews with this being an issue that happened before. We sat at the bar and that was awesome. staff was friendly here and enjoyed good drinks. Then after about 30+ minutes out table was ready. Our waitress was disappointing. She didn't seem to really know about the menu. "It's just your standard salad" . She was pretty close to our food items when trying to name the flavors and what duos of flavors and foods usually goes with each other. She even knocked half of our chips off when she initially brought the first course. The food its self was okay but not for the price of 120+. It was a cool experience but I wouldn't recommend it.

Unique experience and seemed pricey to prepare the food yourself. The whole process took almost two hours from appetizer to dessert. My daughter (20) loved the whole concept and ate everything. I was not so impressed. The dessert fondue was very good. Our waitress seemed pushy and a bit rude, she actually stood watching and waiting for me to enter her tip in .

Our servers name was India and she did a great job connecting with us and making small talk. Service was a little slow but it was no issue, it was dinner and busy so completely understandable.

Sarah was the best waitress! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free- very accommodating!

Gosh where to start? Staff was absolutely amazing from entering in to our waitress, even those who were not actively serving our table came by to clear plates or check in on us. We had a very snug corner booth which had the most romantic atmosphere. Food was delicious and we never felt rushed to get on our way. Thank you to the staff for helping me have a great birthday dinner.
