You'd be better going to the coop and buying curry from there, What a total waste money food bland tastes like a supermarket microwave meal not to mention the rubbish starters!! . Would I waste my money and go back No
Really nice food always hot and tasty. friendly staff . I would Highly Recommend . Thanks .
What can I say, a perfect evening
A lovely Indian restaurant in a smal town. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. I was ordering for 2 people. My favourite item on hem order was King prawn butterfly (order a madras sauce on the sode to dip). It was really succulent and not dry. The chicken tikka massala got a 9/10 from my friend.
From the reviews I thought that this restaurant would be good. Well what a disappointment. I ordered a vegetable Piza and from the description it sounded good. "An old forgotten classic" it was advertised at. Don't think so. It just tasted like chip shop curry sauce with potatoes, green beans and peas. Some of the onions were still raw. The basics of an Asian dish are plenty of well cooked onions. Not here. The pickle tray was also different. I had the normal, onions, mango, yoghurt (but not) and a red sauce. It just tasted like a tomato passata with some chilli in it. Not great. Would I go back or recommend, probably not. It's another one on the tourist trail, some don't really have to try. If you like my honest review please follow me and have a look at the others.
