Absolutely terrible meal tonight. We regularly order from Lotus House but food was terrible tonight. Spoke to them and they promised to send out replacement meal, 2 hours later and no sign of them. Terrible food, terrible service. Won’t be using them again

I have been using the lotus for years and the food is always good but recently I had a large pancake roll which wasnt very nice it wasnt cooked enough normally nice and crispy it was all bean sprouts no prawns or meat which was very disappointing as I have never had this problem before Staff are always lovely friendly and polite Deliveries are always on Time This shall not stop me from using the lotus as food is good just pancake roll wasnt to good Hopefully a one off Thank you for your service guys

A cold old smells like fish chow me in come plopt on my plate can't eat ii it's cold smelling so bad I would be sick I rang them n they were so rude said don't like it don't order from us again omg I'm starving I'm disabled n can't go out and they took 12.30 for the meal in money I'm left no food n no money he didn't say he can change it or refund the money n pick it up it's food poisoning on a plate it's really smelly I rang invomental health to come seee it I'm discussied it's vile they r very nasty to me rude unkind no way to run a business if they don't refund it or sort its going to be a big issue I'm not able to buy anything now I'm not able to get any joy from them look it's really vad in my plate

Ordered fr three of us, all good stuff with taste and texture, good sauces. All ready to be picked up and there were leftovers for two of us next day. Good value, we’ll be back. Bao buns and chicken satay especially good.

Beaming hot fast delivery but allll I could taste was fish oil in my food not nice good job I'm not elergic to fish tasted yuck god help you nut allergies obviously no consideration for peeps who have major allergies
