This review is for the upstairs bar. Great vibe. Fun crowd but not loud. The bartenders are charming. The food is very respectable for a water front restaurant. We drop by once a week. High recommend. The wait staff at the downstairs bar is terrible. Dietary restrictions: No dairy only fish for meat.
Terrible bourbon selection. Took forever to get our cocktails. Bartender is terrible and easily distracted. Server was less than attentive. Could be a real winner from a view standpoint if service was better. If you're 80 or older, it's probably ok. Under 80, go elsewhere. This was just this side of assisted living. I suppose if you were staying here and had pre- gamed before, you could wait for your cocktail to show up. And then mine was wrong when it did show up. Cocktail quality was fair when it did show up. This place should have been packed tonight (Saturday with spectacular weather) but it was dead. Whoever is managing this place should be canned. This investment is worthy of better management. So, to ever owns this place... you need to step up the front of the house. The biggest shame is the food was great. The chef is great, but 95% of the tables were empty. His talents are being wasted here.
A prime example of why you shouldn't eat on the water. Decent view of marina and water, but mediocre food at fine dining prices. Our crab stuffed shrimp entree at $28 arrived at room temperature. The manager made a point of bringing us a premium replacement. Poor follow through and a very long wait for more disappointment.
Amazing ,Had a great view, great people. Has a Hotel right next to it. Food is worth the travel. Sea food is fresh.
