This has to be the BEST Sunday Roast We have had for years. The Pub and ALL the Staff are absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much.

Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, amazing food. Busy, definitely need to book, and the one criticism is we felt maybe they'd squeezed in one table too many, but it wasn't a problem. Our server was in that rare breed, certainly for a pub - perceptive and aware, yet discreet. Timing was spot on - when we were actually ready to order there she was, there was just the right gap between courses, etc. It was more than coincidence - it's something that's hard to get right and she got it spot on, whilst managing to appear that she was genuinely enjoying her job. Excellent vegan and vegetarian options, huge range of fish, plus everything else too. Traditional thatched pub done right, as borne out by reviews and popularity. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian menu, recommend the nut wellington - excellent. Dietary restrictions: Separate vegan and vegetarian menu with decent choice, gf options clearly marked.

Cant fault this place. We've been here twice now. And just outstanding service. Very attentive even when busy. And food is next level. Highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic place. Looking forward to coming again.
