Review is regarding the ice-cream kiosk outside. The young lady serving had an awful attitude. I repeated my order several times Waited to recieve it, when the guy went to hand me my second one, she actually yelled 'no just one that's it, you only paid for one ' This wasn't the case, as it turns out she had put it through incorrectly. Rather than accept error I had card machine shoved at me to pay for 2nd one. For such a basic order I will make sure I steer clear in summer when there's more than 1 customer to cater for.
Only had a coffee .Quiet when we went but it was after Christmas and New Year weekend. Parking: Depending on the time of day/year parking can be difficult.
Wasn't much foods selections.. just 3 choices of menu of the day or cakes Where it does brunch breakfast but only in the summer . Lovely place the view .. I had tuna spring onion cheese pannini.. wasn't great ..
The most superb position overlooking Poole Park Lake, but the food and service is always a little dissapointing. The tea, is without doubt the worst I have ever tasted, and I have tried it about 6 times. My husband says the coffee is lovely though. I really don't like to criticize, and do so very rarely, but I do feel the cafe relies upon its position a bit too much, being made to feel even a teensy bit welcome would be a good start.
Had a fantastic evening at the Motown Night! Fantastic singer, gorgeous food and amazing friendly staff, in particular a member of staff called Charlie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you to all the team, we will be back x
My first time here for a evening of music and food love it
