The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Aurora

Taylor was my server and she was so attentive and made our experience amazing. She was quick and efficient, and really made me feel like part of the keg family.

Everything here is always top notch. This time I had the keg burger. It was amazing

We had a reservation at 5:30pm yesterday and we came at 5pm. All people came in after us got a table except us. We finally got a table at around 6pm. The staff at the front desk were not helpful at all, we went to check 3 times and said the same thing. We were so disappointed about the service at the front desk. We were the only group of people that were there waiting for so long. I am not sure why we were the only group that needed to be waited for more than an hour. I don't think people came after us had a reservation before 5:30pm. Most people got their tables within the next 15 minutes. I heard a group had a reservation at 5:10pm amd they got the table at 5:08pm. There were few groups came after 5:30pm still got a table before us. I regret to come to this location for the new year day as well as celebrate my daughter's birthday and we won't come back again. We came many times and the food and services were very good, We used to have a table within 10 minutes. I dont know why we treated so differently this time. I strongly don't recommend people to go to this location unless you want to ruin your day!!!

Always consistently great service and food at the Keg Parking: Not much handicap parking for the size of the lot. Was forced to walk across most of the parking lot, not fun as someone with mobility issues

Booked a reservation and was met with total confusion and disorganization, super disappointed in the service.

He had a great experience. Server Shelby was amazing , she realized we were at the Keg due a celebration and she surprised us with a fantastic cake

We had a problem with our food but the manager addressed it promptly.
