Always same excellent service
Lovely experience, have been a few times now. Food is always good with quality ingredients.
Went to the Ivy today for the first time with a friend whilst shopping. I couldn't fault the food or the service. Staff were a delight. Will definitely go back
It's ok, a tad expensive for the quality of the actual food. The building itself is wonderful, and the decoration is first class, but you leave with a sense of style over substance.
Very good we went for afternoon tea, it was excellent plenty of choice, staff were very helpful and friendly. I can certainly recommend it.
I'm actually not sure what happened to mr and my partner this morning when an impromptu brunch soured a well deserved day out. We were greeted well , with coats taken and shown to our seat. The gent in the black suit saw to us with disdain and uninterest as if we were an inconvenience. The restaurant was not busy nor were we asking for anything other than a breakfast but his attitude and disposition made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable ( thus we decided on a light beverage rather than the cheeky wee champagne we had decided to treat ourselves too). It was my partners first visit and thankful for the french gentleman employee who arrived as we were asking for the bill and who was human , Kind and engaging. We did mention the previous man's behaviour to him as a protest of how we had been treated. Really not acceptable at all.
Lovely lunch, great food and atmosphere. A little expensive but I guess that’s what you have to pay to get this quality.
First time being here and I must say that the food was very good. The service was good. For a 3 course meal the price was good though added up when having to add to it like chips, veg etc but came with a free glass of wine. Cocktails were good but a bit pricey. Overall however, will definitely be coming back.
