The food here was OK but it did not justify the price. I ordered the valentines day menu which was OK but the dessert really left a lot to be desired! The staff were lovely and attentive although we were unfortunately sat in an awkward position near the toilets so we had a lot of foot traffic.

I booked this for my friends 30th birthday. We ordered the champagne blossom tea for two. I had also stated that I was disabled in the booking notes along with it being my friends birthday so they were aware and if I could have a booth rather than a chair due to disability reasons. When we entered we were greeted by a young lady who was on her phone, after taking details she gathered menus and walked us up the stairs. It took me a while due to disability, this could have been avoided as there was a lift but I did not know this till I saw it at the top. We were however placed near the disabled toilets which was good. Although if you do struggling with grip in your hands etc the inner of the disabled toilet door doesn’t actually have a handle just a twist lock. This may be an issue for someone with cerebral palsy for example. The main gentleman we had in the suit was very pleasant and explained all about our experience. The food was fantastic, very fresh and tasty no complaints at all. However, we asked for some extra dipping sauce and it was brought by kitchen staff who didn’t take the opportunity to tell us what it actually was it was just dropped off and she disappeared. The interior design is very cool and I really liked the feather cushions in the booth this was also a great plus for my disability to be comfortable. It was quite bright as we were near the windows this took away from some ambience but would be better in the evening when darker. We were not rushed at all which was lovely and a birthday treat was brought out for my friend and it was a nice touch. Everything was also very clean down to the cutlery. When we were leaving, the lady at the front of house was on her phone again and didn’t even notice us leaving till were walking out the door. It’s a shame as she is the front of house and you can see her as you pass on the street it’s not the best image Overall the food was fantastic, price was okay drinks included were great. If you are disabled parking in JL means you will have to walk a while. Parking: We had to park in the disabled bays in John Lewis as the 3 disabled spaces next to the market were full. This means you have to walk a little while and it is a gentle slope no steps which is good for those in a chair or with a stick etc but do bear this in mind as it is paid parking also. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift inside the venue and disabled toilets and all flat when inside however, no handle on the door inner in the toilet may be difficult to close behind you.

Four of us have just been to The Ivy Asia. A fabulous experience. Firstly, the decor - exotic, interesting and luxurious. The food was delicious and authentic. The whole experience was made even better by our server, Georgia. She was very knowledgeable and interested in the food. She was extremely attentive without being intrusive. We’ll be back!

From the extremely warm welcome, to the excellent service from Sophie (?) and Nathaniel, the customer care was on point. Our food and drink were served quickly & efficiently, and every dish was excellent. Stunning interiors with amazing attention to detail. A great luxury dining experience without the snooty edge. Highly recommend for a special occasion, or brunch.

Absolutely fantastic experience for the second time. The Ivy Asia is a really good place for food, drink and service. Good prices too, not out of range as some might expect. Dessert was something else, best we've had in a while. Dietary restrictions: Good app/QR code with easy to understand information Wheelchair accessibility: Lift to upstairs

Our anniversary celebration at Ivy Asia was wonderful overall, but regrettably, one male staff member, who appeared to be in his mid-40s with a bald head, was rather impolite and rude, especially when we inquired about our bill, which dampened our experience for the evening.
