The owners, Rose and Paul are very kind and generous people, with a great staff! I came for a birthday supper and they treated us like gold, and the food was incredible—definitely recommend :)

We went with our 3 kids (who are normally well behaved but were bouncing off the walls) at the end of the evening when my patience was personally shot. The staff was so accommodating and helpful- it genuinely turned my evening around. Food was excellent to top it off- thank you for genuinely everything! We will absolutely be returning! Kid-friendliness: Staff is extremely helpful and patient with kids! They treat them as guests and not a "to be seen and not heard" person.

The owners need to give this place up to people who know what they're doing. Never have had a pleasant experience here, Abbey is probably the worst most impolite server I've ever come across, the managers being awful to their employees while people are in the store, I could go on. It has potential, hopefully it can be taken over in the future. Edit: the reply I got is false, anytime I've been there my receipt says Abbey, as well as her name tag. But good try defending yourself

I'm really looking forward to going back. I had a fantastic panzo. Fresh, delicious, great customer service. The people next to me had sandwiches which I want to try. Everyone working was smiling and happy. Customers were pleasant.

Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour while picking up some food. Watched the owner (or floor manager) verbally abuse a staff member. I left enraged without buying anything. Would not recommend supporting an establishment that allows this treatment. Is there less than 1 star?
