Bensford Evans is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef with over 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry! He trained at the renowned Runaway Bay Heart Academy in Jamaica, and worked his way up from server to banquet manager, restaurant manager and Chef at fine dining restaurants in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos. In the States, he was manager and cook at several Marriott Hotels including the Manhattan Beach, CA location. He also spent several years as the Director of Dining Services at Senior Living companies in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Culver City elevating the menus, overseeing service and preparing the meals.
