The Imperial

The Imperial is the latest venture from owners Stephen King and Bill Thomas of the acclaimed Jack Rose Dining Saloon. The experience at the stunning three-floor restaurant & bar begins in the bright, light-filled dining room, serving Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine through the lens of southern France. The main floor also features a sparkling raw bar and drinking bar, pouring interesting wines & creative craft cocktails. Al fresco diners can enjoy drinks and dinner under the stars on The Imperial's two-tiered open-air rooftop garden, and cocktail enthusiasts can head downstairs to the basement cocktail den Dram & Grain (temporarily closed due to COVID).
