Since its inception as a farmer-owned restaurant in 2016, the Hub Cafe has been dedicated to creating freshly-prepared and locally-sourced breakfasts, brunches, and lunches in Lincoln, Nebraska. The cafe’s location on the confluence of Lincoln’s vast bike trail network that overlooks the beautiful Antelope Valley has contributed to its name, serving as a hub for friends, food, community, and bicycling.
