Fried squash and steam cabbage was seasoned like my mother do it will be back plus home making lemon aid

I had to take my dog to the emergency vet down the road and I was so stressed out while he was under care there that I didn’t want to drive.. so I walked myself down to the hot shop grill for lunch. They were very welcoming and kind, excellent service. I ordered an all American burger with fries and they gave me a free drink! The burger was delicious, home-cooked fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for take out only. No place to sit and eat but that’s ok because the burger was excellent. Service was five stars too.

There is no atmosphere to have. Take out orders only. They do have a few chairs to sit in as you wait. But let me tell you abt., those cabbage and grilled chicken with Mac and cheese. Baby, go and try for yourself. Oh. They offer free drinks with your order. I thought establishments had stopped that many years ago. The food was a,okay meaning it was good.

I have tried the food a while back, and I must say it's amazing to see how far along food has come to taste and smell delicious. I love the family dynamics here, and you can tell their is love put into the food. The chicken wing dinner..... Yes mam!

The ladies are fantastic and them fries I believe are the best I've ever had! Grabbed 2 chili slaw hot dogs and they reminded my of my dad standing by a grill on a summer's day and once you get that taste of the homemade chili... Shhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!! All over! The joint is poppin'!!!

Couldn’t order: children working the register - one couldn’t be bothered to put her phone down, the other could barely read. Never got to order. I’m good.
