Concept restaurant making food from scratch that is always fresh. Chef has carefully crafted each item on our menu, and has locally sourced as many items as possible. Our converted international shipping container is serving quality food at the Copperhead Brewery in downtown Conroe, Texas. Our dough, and both sauces, are made in house by our Chef. The burgers are prime ground from Majkszak's Meat Market, served on either a Cheddar Bacon or Brioche Bun made fresh by the Manna - Bread from Heaven Bakery. We use quality hand made toma and pecorino romano cheese on pizzas, and a classic Vermont aged cheddar on the burgers and bacon cheese fries that we get from Houston Dairymaids.
