Legal crack. You will love. If you don’t, you don’t like good ice cream.

The food court is a cool atmosphere but we were really disappointed in the ice cream. It’s average quality I’ve cream with very few options for flavors, and the service could’ve been nicer. I expected a lot more from a place with a 4.5 rating.

Phenomenal taste! I got the Aztec Chocolate, Eggnog, and Vanilla Bean flavors all together. Staff is nice and helpful with choices. You also get to try out samples before you buy. I recommend! ❤️ Vegetarian options: You can choose dairy-free or vegan options. Parking: Keep in mind there’s one spot that’s about $8 and another across that one $4. So make sure you find the right parking that best accommodates your needs. Kid-friendliness: It’s nice and cozy, and pretty safe.

I wish I could give The Hop a 10! I had submitted an inquiry through the website about bringing a kid with multiple food allergies to one of their stores. the company sent an extensive reply saying just give us a heads up and we will go crazy to make sure person can safely enjoy allergen free ice cream. Wow, did they deliver, and make an 11-year-old boy, for whom such treats are normally forbidden, an extremely happy kid. Many thanks to our server, Henry. He negotiated the details with my young friend. We left the S&W building on Saturday evening to do some Asheville shopping. We came back 30 minutes later Per our arrangement, and Henry had retrieved a couple amazing flavors of oat milk ice cream in new tubs. New scoop, thorough hand washing, paper cup from a new sleeve, all the protocols to be a safe as possible. You may wonder if it was worth it. Worth the risk. This kid knows his stuff, having lived with his allergies his entire life. And Henry and The Hop know their stuff. It wasn't just about a couple scoops of sugar snack. It was about freedom and being able to sit in Pritchard Park people watching and enjoying some delicious ice cream like any other kid. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 10 stars!

Got the ice cream flight! Perfect way to try more than one flavor. My favorite was the mocha Oreo! So good! We also got vanilla bean, bulldog track(made with oak milk, different texture), and chocolate chip.
