The pub is nice, always clean, the team are very welcoming, and the prices are fair. Only criticism is that they never have the heating on and sometimes it's very chilly especially when they open the double doors to the skip area, but apart from that excellent Dietary restrictions: The team always ask if customers have any
The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and cooked to perfection and the drinks are served quickly. What more could you want from a local pub.
Food and drinks lovely Staff friendly Good music
The Hole in the Wall is a nice cosy pub. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is mainly a food pub. We called in for a drink, and there is a wide selection of beers, largers, and cider, but sadly, no hand pulled cask conditioned real ales, which was a disappointment. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options on the menu. Parking: On street parking is not easy, but Shrewsbury is very compact and easy to walk Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance and pub is all on one level.
We called in today for breakfast. Husband and son ordered the biggest breakfast and I had the smallest, which turned out to be more than enough. The two large ones were enormous. The food was freshly cooked, very tasty and hot - essential for a cooked breakfast. The pub was very clean; the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful; very good value, in fact I would say excellent value. We all agreed it would be our breakfast place of choice. Hopefully going back tomorrow to try the fish and chips.
