A wonderful transition to their new location. Service was excellent with well trained staff who were prompt and unobtrusive. We were seated for dinner inside in the dining area. They had a nice vibrant bar with a couple big screen for sports. The place has a nice energy with friendly accommodating staff. Food is fresh and innovative.
I love the reboot of this restaurant. The decor and music make it such a fun place to be. The food, wowza. The rib eye, rhe ravioli, the service the drinks. All top tier. Make reservations in advance. This place books up quick!
Cool spot. Good beer options. Food was aight and in all pricey.
Drinks were fantastic- the octopus was a little bit over done and the basque cheesecake was burnt with a very unappealing flavor. Overall everything else was great!
I was taken to the new Hideaway Café location for a birthday celebration. I can’t say enough about how kind the servers were….. Informative, helpful, and funny! We had such a good time. I love how spacious the new location is, and that the servings are still generous and delicious. We will be coming back for our next girls out birthday celebration!
Great ambiance, service and food was excellent! Love the new location.
Best steak salad ever. Tender steak cooked as order and a Greek salad combo that was exceptional. HUGE helping and a great mix of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce, avocado, and more. Excellent Bloody Mary, and the service was quick, prompt, and non-intrusive but always there. Highly recommend this place. NOTE: They're relatively new at this location; so it's hard to find because their one and only sign is really hard to see from the street. Parking: There are parking slots just about everywhere (streets, lots). But they are all metered.
I want to like this place more but cant. The restaurant itself is cool, inside tables & bar, TVs broadcasting sports, outside patio tables with heaters are all a plus. The problem here is a bunch of small issues that add up to a big problem. There was a large number of employees on the floor at same time that seemed excessive, & we really didnt know who our server was due to 3-4 people checking on us, (we sat at bar) some who we asked things for and they never came back. Then the grilled octopus we ordered was so tough we could not chew it enough to break it down, too gummy & we had to return it for credit and irder another plate. Then we ordered 2 martinis with an extra olive each, and they added a $4.00 charge for 4 small olives, ($1.00 ea for small green olives). Also, some of the employees seemed like they were new to the job & could not answer simple restaurant questions. This restaurant also sneaks in a 2% hospitality tax on the bill at the end. The entree plates are generous & decent, but the entire visit had a number of things that made the evening far from perfect, simple things like forgetting to bring small plates for us when appetizers came, asking a server for a club soda & he forgot it, & the feeling that the restaurant hasnt got its "sea legs" yet, kind of unorganized a bit and new feeling.
