Food was amazing as normal

I ordered my food for pickup. When I got it home, it was cold, and the chicken sanwhich was hard, not fresh. The fries were cold. I am not sure how long the food was sitting on the pick-up stand. For 70 dollars.. it wasn't a good meal.

The app on my phone did not work and notify you that I was there. I had to get out of my car, fill my own drinks and my food was cold. At least someone could have looked out the window to see if the order pick up was there.

Everything was great. If I had one complaint . It would be the wiping down of the tables after customers leave.

The young woman taking our order was pleasant and read our order back to us to make sure she got everything right. I requested blue cheese dressing for my salad rather than vinagerette and for an extra blue cheese container. Got home to find one vinagerette dressing and short an order of fries. Paid for the fries and the extra blue cheese, though. Disappointed in the follow-through.

The bottom bun was too crunchy. It was like they toasted a stall bun.

Skipped In-n-out due to the long lines. (Family of 4 spent $40+) The restaurant was slow, however, the cashier didn't greet us, didn't ask to take our order, and the place was dirty. Didn't realize it was dirty until I had already ordered. Had to ask to have a booth cleaned (wasn't cleaned well). The child’s high chairs were filthy. Also had to clean those myself (cause clearly the cashier doesn’t know how to clean). The food was mid. Fries and burger bun were burnt. Also, no “Agua Fresca.” Let me ask you this… if the restaurant isn't clean, how is the grill, food, or utensils they use clean? (Makes you wonder). When we left, we were not thanked for coming. I remember Habit being good, not sure what changed.

We haven't been here for sometime! I told my wife I wanted to go and get something good, wow things have changed and the food wasn't close to what it use to be! No flavor! I could tell something is different I'm not sure but it is!
