Habit Burger & Grill

I wanted to try this place due to the hype and it was good! It took a bit for the food to come out but good food takes time. The burger was dripping with goodness. I liked it and might try it again. My expectations were high and they did not disappoint!

8:29pm @ drive thru @thehabitburgergrill#Ranch San Diego Me: pushing my atm into the hand held mobile device to pay. Drive thru Cashier: It’s going to ask you a question.. Me: Oh, sorry, I don’t tip at the drive through . Unless I’m sitting down at a restaurant. Cashier : WHAT DO YOU THINK WE ARE ???? A restaurant! Me: 😳😳😳Again, sorry I’m in a drive through. This is not a restaurant to me. Cashier: Continues to laugh and shake her head and says we ARE a restaurant. Me. Glancing at the sign stating Team members are making $20- 23.50 an hour. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am just a girl trying to get dinner cause I’m too tired to cook.

First time going, the food was great! We used the kiosk and the food was prepared quickly and delicious.

I went here for dinner yesterday and the service was Amazing, the food was delicious.

So I went in ro get a to go order. I was the only 1 there at 11 am. I got 2 Ahi tuna fish sandwhices , an order of fries, an order of onion rings, and a vanilla shake. It was almost $ 41 dollars. The guy was Latino. I could barely understand him. He could barely understand me. And the the pay thing suggests a tip. A medium tip was $7. And they hand you a pager ,as If you're at a resteraunt by the beach, and you might me too far away to know your food is ready. The pager goes off, while I'm 8 ft away. He sets my food on the counter and walks away. I picked up the food. A girl in the back said Thank-you. Realizing probably how rude he was. That's the last time I go. Which is the last thing a reseeaunt wants ro hear. Because that's how they fail. People won't return for bad service. Especially if it's overpriced.

The mgr barbara was really friendly and shes really professional nice lady!

Yestetday me and my husband went in to have dinner and overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, made by Eva was amazing. will be returning.

I normally don’t visit this location. I placed my order on the kiosk and asked to leave a tip. A tip for getting of my seat and walking to the counter for my order. A girl hands me the tray. I asked “cup?” Most places forget to hand you a drink cup for self service drinks. She snapped back” hold on, it’s a process”. Food was good but the attitude was not welcomed.

The food was good. The best part of the experience was the outstanding service we received from manager Eva she was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely return because of her service!!

I went through the drive through and Katie was so nice and helpful. It was my mom’s first time trying it and she loved it. Thank you to all the employees there for making her 1st experience wonderful.

Place is not worth what they're charging. Burger was very dry and not apatizing. Kept trying to push me to buy other things. Food was below mcdonald's, service was poor. Avoid!!

It is pretty tasty. The portions (burger) are a little smaller compared to your typical fast food. Generous amount of fries. The drive through girl is nice. But it is expensive.
