Always very clean. Nice and hard working staff and managers. Vibe is cool.

Consistent to most of their locations, this place offers great food with friendly service. I had the double char combo with fries and a drink. My food arrived quick and well prepared. Like many other locations the service was friendly. We came here for lunch on a weekday and it wasn’t too busy. For sure come here when you’re craving a good burger that tastes fresh.

The Habit makes a mean burger and delicious onion rings. But on Sunday 3/24 I found a hair in my chicken Caesar salad. I took it back to the counter so they could make a new one. By that point I decided I'd take my salad home and have it for dinner. Imagine my surprise when I get home and my salad has NO chicken!! I didn't ask for a refund I just asked for a fresh salad. This is beyond poor service!!

The food is good but this is more like the fastest food. I felt disconnected with the on-screen ordering process. I do have to say that it was alright to use. I just don't know why they would ask for a tip. I had to ask for my cups. My order was called out by a human before I received the text. Bathrooms were atrocious and completely unacceptable. I would rather have a drive-through. The staff has little interactions with the customer. This is a to-go restaurant for me only in the future. I have been two other Habits in Washington state, and the staff takes the orders and talks with you. They are also much cleaner.

Very tasty burgers and i loved the customer service, i would recommend them to anyone

Paid 17.50 for a bbq bacon burger with a combo meal, 1/2 sweet potato fries, 1/2 onion rings. Came with a medium drink. First some complaints. The medium drink is the size of a small at other fast food places. Got 4 onion rings in a half order. Burger was small (seemed like less than a quarter pounder). Some of the lettuce was browned/slimy. Food tasted fine; decent amount of sweet potato fries for a half order, lots of bacon, however not sure where if you could call it a bbq burger; no bbq could be tasted. 90 cents for cheese; just build that into the price, cheese should be standard. I like the idea of the place, food made in front of you, however for 17.50, I should go away more full than I was. Portion size was disappointing. Great service, good tasting food, but too expensive.

This has become our go-to place for a burger. Way better than a Wendy's or McDonalds, who have become so expensive they are losing appeal. Why eat there, when for about $2 - $3 more (2 people) you can eat here and get hot, fresh food? Seriously, 2 people at McDonalds can easily spend $26 with tax. A couple of Habit burger meals runs $28-30 now. Their fries are better, and the best onion rings around. And a family-friendly place to eat as well if you choose to do so.

Really bad service today . I am a Regular customer the manager got very mad I ordered one chicken club and a chicken Caesar salad and I order 2 small kinds milk shakes Manager refused to sell the shakes I told him that I ordered before here and also in Walnut Creek I didn't want the regular side then he turned around and walked away I told him to wait he came back and told me that we are in 2023 and that's why they don't have small milk shakes I think we all know that we are in the year 2023 then he told me to leave or he will call the Police on me I said really then we both have a big argument in front of all the customers this never happened to me before I had been going to eat in both places in Walnut Creek in South California Blvd Gery Road over the last 9 years and about 11 times in Concord AV because I work allover in Contra Costa co. this happened in lunch time the girl in the register was nice but she was new and keep asking him for help with the register even with the customer before me It Was not a Good day TERRIBLE Horrible Manager Service then I went to Walnut Creek to order my meals to go I WAS IN Walnut Creek at 12:25. I think this guy should not be working behind the counter he needs to explain to customers what side of milk shakes they have then we can make our choice I believe the Milk shakes is in 8 oz cup 12:05 noon 11/20/23
