Got charged 18% gratuity for 2 people the old lady is money stealers

Seeing reviews of this restaurant, we were a bit skeptical to try it but we eventually did and it was the best decision. We did not have any issues with the food and service, except that the food is overpriced. However, the dishes we ordered were delicious! We had the Chana Battura - the Chana just melted in our mouths and burst with masala flavor. There was such a large quantity of Battura given. We also ordered the chicken momos and they were cooked to perfection. We will definitely visit again if ever we come back to Niagara area.

Biryani and Lamb karahi was good. Chicken tikka and butter chicken were bland and their fish pakora is not worth at all.. Average taste and expensive. Staff was friendly but tables look cramped.

Very surprised by some of the negative comments so very glad we didn’t see them prior. Only there for the day and my family felt like a curry. Very happy we found this place as the food was excellent. I had a lamb vindaloo and thankfully it was very spicy and tasty. I could taste the cumin seed and coriander seed. Could be the best vindaloo I’ve ever had. My wife had the lamb curry (medium) and my daughters both had butter chicken (one mild, one medium). We also had roti, garlic roti and plain basmati. The service was friendly and efficient, and every dish was enjoyed. It was lunch time and very quiet so I was a little sceptical however so glad we decided to eat there as it was one of the best Indian meals my family has ever had.

Portion sizes are very very small. Food tastes good. The rest rooms are very dirty...
