Perfect Sunday dinner. Great chef. Dog friendly pub.

We stayed for two nights, rooms are lovely and fresh, food is really nice, would highly recommend a stay here, and the hosts are really nice and friendly.

Stayed for two nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and nothing was two much two ask for. Well worth stopping at and would recommend it for a good time. Rooms: The rooms were fully equipped Food & drinks: Very good food. Good selection of drinks.

Cannot comment on rooms as we only visited for lunch .Very nice Sunday lunch attentive staff without being over the top , tables nicely spaced and not crammed together . Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely pub. The food was delicious and generous with plenty of choice. Sarah was a most attentive host who made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Will definitely be visiting again.

We have just returned from a two night stay at The George Country Inn, the rooms are lovely decorated ,cosy and well equipped. As a family we booked all three rooms, the breakfast was excellent with a great choice. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was top quality and good sized portions . I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
