My family and I came to your establishment tonight and we got four different gelatos. My son, who asked specifically, if there was any nuts in his ice cream was told "no." He has a severe nut allergy but we thought this would not be issue since we asked specifically regarding this. The staff member then displayed carelessness by not cleaning the scooper between each scoop, allowing nut residue to get on my son's ice cream which caused him to have an allergic reaction with swelling and itching in the mouth. We are very unhappy and will not be coming. This is very dangerous.

Super tasty ice cream (indeed it is gelato). Pistachio, bitter chocolate and bubble gum are my favorite flavors. I believe if they can be found under ice cream category on Google maps, they will be visited more and more people have chance to have this amazing gelato.

The gelato is great they always have a variety but the service from the kids here is awful! No greeting when he finally came to the counter and just stared at us until I finally asked if he was ready to take our order. I paid with cash and my change was literally just dropped on the counter and he says My Bad and doesn’t even attempt to help pick it up. I live downtown so the place is close but not worth the terrible service.

A little overrated. Too sweet and fake flavors.

1st experience was a great one. Excellent service & quaint atmosphere. Definitely a good spot for a date night.

Nice spot to enjoy ice cream in the snow cold weather !
