Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. Waffle was cold.

The people are very nice, the place looks really nice inside and the ice cream is amazing! Loads of flavours as well Parking: Opposite burger king in festival place

AVOID. Dont ever come here. Worst service ever. Waited at the front because it says to wait to be seated. the lady then looked at me confused as if to say why am i waiting just go and sit down. She took my order then halfway through just walked off to go and deal with the waffle maker. Another waiter came over and repeated my simple order back to me about 3 times. Took half an hour for my 5 year old daughters bottle of water to come and when the green tea i ordered eventually came, it had been stewing for around 20 mins. The takeaway cup it came in was barely half full with luke warm water. The crepe she ordered was rubbery and inedible. When i went to pay at the till, the 3 members of staff were completely oblivious. I could have easily just walked out if my daughter hadnt of asked why we were waiting so long for me to loudly say “we have to pay apparently” to which the female server started scrambling and opening up bits of screwed up paper (orders) all over the desk. Will not be returning. Complete ripoff, terrible service.

I had Mohan serve me he’s lovely and very generous would 100% recommend foods lovely not to pricey the table service is brilliant you Oder next thing you know it was in front of me I had the white chocolate it ice cream it was beautiful Kid-friendliness: Very friendly
