The Fresh Market

I love The Fresh Market! As someone who likes more variety regarding organic and healthier ingredients, this place is like a candy store to me. Just seeing the varieties of healthy cereals and other foods makes me want to come back and explore some more. I’ve only ever tried bakery products, the healthier chocolate candy, and some deli so I can only speak on those but I love the atmosphere and setup as well. Also I just tried the “brownie pillow cookies” and they’re so amazing. I love that it’s a small store. Cashiers are always super sweet. I will definitely be back to try more products!

This is the biggest group of losers Ive ever come across. Customer service here is almost non existent and the lack of motivation literally makes shopping here take twice as long as anywhere else. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Fresh mark up always has the highest prices and the lowest selection of any store in town with guaranteed frowns from all employees, especially in the center of the store where they actually prepare your food. Miserable bunch

Good products, you find things that you cannot find to another place but is so expensive. The bakery manager should be more careful about the freshness of the cakes. 2 days cake is not fresh when you give almost 30 dollars. Also the employee who works there needs to stop saying "it came today" if it didn't. It's not a good policy to lie to the customers.

Normally Fresh Mkt offering are above avg, but lately the seafood has been worse than anything anywhere. The cold water lobster tails have been soft and mushy, the Florida shrimp 21-25 count have been heavily flavored with iodine - absolutely disgusting. The last time I purchased them, a few weeks ago, they were bad, but because there were so few left in the case, I thought it might be a fluke, so I tried them again today, April 20, 2024 - worse than last time, if that's possible! Just ruined a great seafood dinner of pasta, scollops (purchased elsewhere). Learned my lesson, never again from Fresh Mkt! A word to the people of Fresh Mkt, check your seafood sourcing changes, because things are really not good. Sandy
