The Director of Catering, Ms. Ashley Nance is phenomenal!! I had the pleasure of working with her when planning an event, and she was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to provide the details that I needed to be able to plan a first-class event. Flipside's food is amazing, and if you're thinking about hosting an event that needs catering, I would enthusiastically recommend them!

First time at The Flipside was a great experience! Our server for the night was Kim and she was amazing! She started off by telling us about the specials they have & suggested their trout dish, automatically brought a water in a cup with a lid for our kid, chatted with us for a bit & got our food in right away. We started off with 2 pineapple expresses that were very refreshing! We ordered the small charcuterie board and calamari for appetizers. Calamari was flavorful & fried to PERFECTION! The charcuterie board was a fine selection of delectable meats and cheeses. The strawberries & fig compote was a great combination! For entrées we got the chicken Alfredo, chicken and dumplings & the trout with andouille sausage &shrimp gumbo that came with a side of fresh green beans. For dessert we got 2 strawberry shortcakes! I can honestly say, I haven't cleaned off a plate at a restaurant in a very long time..but as you can see by the photos..IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Flavorful, cooked perfectly & with a little spice! We thank the staff at The Flipside for contributing to an awesome date night & we will be back!

Flipside is a great spot for dinner OR Saturday breakfast. Good for myself + my wife and 2 small children. Everyone enjoys their food and time here. We’ve had experiences with food being subpar once or twice that was immediately rectified by the staff/management. Even with this, we must have come here 50+ times in the past 7-10 years. 5 stars all the way. Kid-friendliness: Fun open environment! Good volume level overall, so my kids don’t make it worse lol

Seated promptly got our food in 10 minutes overall great food great service I read most of the bad reviews some were about racism and from what I've seen people of color got treated the same way as us, Not particularly busy only had to wait 40 seconds before being seated.

Delicious food. I really enjoyed the crab cakes and the key lime creme brulee. Had a really good beer as well from a local brewery. Service was very attentive and responsive, as well as friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, and if I'm ever in town again this would be my first choice for dinner. Parking: Street parking is available, but if you go behind the building there's a parking lot and an alley that leads directly to the entrance and outdoor seating area.

Ate here for lunch today and the food was great! Really loved the Mac and Cheese! Courtney was very attentive and helpful in making our selections. Excellent food and service! Wheelchair accessibility: It is a little tight getting into the restaurant but not bad! Inside there was plenty of room for moving around and turning when necessary. Our server kindly pointed out a more accessible bathroom in the back as opposed to the one up front which is in a narrow space.
