Superb dhal in cafe. Brilliant variety in the shop

Really friendly staff and you can tell they really care about what they’re doing. If you want to support ethical businesses or shop with good intentions, this is the place! Coffee is amazing downstairs in the cafe and the food is always good, according my non-vegan friends too! (The cafe is also dog-friendly which is really good for us!) The shop is great too, and it’s like a one-stop place to get lot of stuff I can’t find anywhere else. It’s full of eco-friendly stuff. I especially love the refill stations for laundry liquid and . Also great if you’re looking for cruelty free body care - I have really sensitive skin and I get stick deodorants and moisturisers from here. I also get my supplements from here, because they are really high quality, and the staff are super knowledgable about what supplements do what if I’m ever unsure. Amazing place!

Marvellous place! Had a really good, reasonably priced meal, quite a bit of choice on the menu, absolutely delicious especially the mocha cake. Then went round the shop and received lots of really useful advice and suggestions about managing eczema before buying a product. Somehow resisted the vegan sausage roll . Top place, very highly recommended. Vegetarian options: I chose the dal, with rice, fresh cabbage and broccoli, my friend had the Chile non carne, both excellent

This is a great place with a fab range of products, especially if you're vegan. The shop has beautiful cakes and baked goods as well as a range of artisan produce and health food. They have a very extensive range of vitamins. The basement cafe is brilliant - really good quality plant-based food at a very fair price and a nice relaxed atmosphere. It's right on the bus route, and there are plenty of cycle racks outside if you're on your bike!

The best place to eat for a plant based menu in Manchester, I spent 3 days in Manchester and visited here on each day for food, it’s that good.
