Pretty average place for the cost. Food options were also regular and nothing interesting or memorable. Just had 2 veg starters. But does the job for a family meal. The ambience was good. And the staff made sure they check upon us regularly for any issues.

Overall had a very bad dinning experience: 1. Bad ambiance, it was hot inside due to the glass windows despite of the AC facility. 2. The service was very poor; restaurant is understaffed due to which it took a long time altogether to get our order. 3. The buffet option was not available at lunch; wish this was communicated by the restaurant staff beforehand once the booking was made.

We went for their bengali food festival. After a long time we had a very tasty authentic bengali dishes in resturant. Upto 8th October the food festival will go. Must go there. We are planning to go soon. As a bengali, miss the authentic bengali dishes in Bangalore. Please make this type of bengali food festival in future.
