Great Pub, friendly staff and good food and drinks.

Booked a table for Mothers Day with a party of 7 adults and 2 children. Food was nice and Staff were very attentive. Glazed parsnips were gorgeous and would definitely visit again Parking: Smallish car park at rear but ok if everyone parks sensibly

Food was delicious. Steak cooked as requested, lovely chunky chips, mushrooms, tomatoes and peas. Staff were very friendly and service was attentive. Good selection of drinks and the lounge was homely and warm. All three of us enjoyed our visit and will certainly be returning.

We took the 4K walk from our house to try out this local pub as we hadn’t been for years. Great tasty food. Would recommend and we will be back again.

Fantastic food and lovely staff. Service was quick and the food came out quick too so we werent waiting ages. Food portions were great and the price was worth it. Not too expensive either. Definitely get what you pay for. I had the hunters chicken which came out great. No complaints and they are happy to make any changes to your meal if asked. Definitely worth a visit.

Great for a lunch time catch up, food was freshly cooked. The coffee was hot and delicious. Would recommend .
