Bagels are OK, service is terrible and like the other reviewer, there seems to be some issues with prices. Like a lot of restaurants these days, the place is chronically understaffed--have tried several times to get a donut or bagel on the way to work but only person behind counter (I'm suspecting owner) was too busy "making connections" with guests or very slowly placing donuts in box to serve me. Something is wrong when there's no one in line and you're waiting over 10 minutes to get served at a coffee, donut and bagel place. More troublingly, the one time I did get served I was charged a different price than what was on the menu sitting on the counter (The only menu in sight). I pointed out the discrepancy and the employee and the owner got into a debate about whether I was being overcharged on account of a credit card fee that was not disclosed, or because the price had changed without the publicly displayed menu being updated. I just walked out as the debate continues, feeling disrespected and ripped off. Interesting to see that I am the second reviewer to report similar price games. Food itself, a bagel garden sandwich, was just OK.

The donuts are so fluffy! The Works Bagel hits the spot.

We have been getting donuts here for our harvest crew and staff for the last few months, and everything is always fresh and tastes delicious. The new owners are friendly and always prompt to answer any questions. The delivery service is also top-tier! Highly recommend.

Awesome. Pretty good sized sandwich, and very delicious for a low price. Well worth it.
