They ran out of ADA seating and basically said "too bad." We would've had to leave had it not been for an understanding staff member who accomodated us in the $40/seat area. That's why they get 2 stars.

Fun concert

No idea why this place is so popular. It has the absolute worst views I've ever experienced at a venue. The floor isn't even graded. Really wish they would demolish this place so bands would not be able to play here. Even if my favorite band played here I would avoid going.

Waited an hour passed when the doors were supposed to open in the freezing cold. The sound was terrible. Muddy sound and far too quiet for a concert.

Natalie was our server tonight at the set it off concert and she was amazing! Super polite, was on top of everything and got to us exactly when we needed her ! Best food and drinks there ! definitely would recommend going just to see her !
