Excellent experience. dined downstairs in the booths. Steaks are excellent, and the service to match. We were looked after by Orla, who was an absolute delight, with a fabulous accent. Brian, has a great team and we will visit again. Looking forward to sampling the Vesper Martini's.
Food and service and decoration was 5* the only down side was the music was too loud we could not hear each other talk and that’s the main reason for a family meal I asked too turn it down 4 times but they said they would try but it did not all through the meal I would return but ask to be seated away from the speaker it was annoying and spoiled the meal
Fantastic place, food was delicious and excellent service by all the team, especially Luke!
Had good service and food, great place.
Pointlessly pretentious when they sell steak and chips. Didn't stick to reservation time.
We’ve been to visit Yorks own cut and craft many times but the Leeds branch is on another level. The actual building is stunning, the service was brilliant and the food was gorgeous. We were served by the lovely Orla who made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much for her! We will definitely be back! Dietary restrictions: The gluten free options were so tasty!
Went to the titanic evening. Absolutely amazing. The team behind it clearly put a lot of effort into it. The food was brilliant. I would like to say an extra special thank you to Sarah who served us, and Jasper the barman who made our night special
We booked our table for 3:30pm on a Saturday. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff that took us to our booth, there were quite a few other parties in at this time but it wasn't too busy. To drink, we both ordered an orange gin and lemonade but we were given a lemon gin and lemonade. After notifying the waitress, this was quickly changed with no hassle or questions asked. To start, we ordered the steamed mussels with crusty bread, and the Harissa Hummus which came with a pitta bread. When ordering, the mussels had a choice of sauces; we opted for the garlic and white wine sauce, the other was a Thai green curry. Both of these dishes were very tasty, the hummus had a lot of flavour and even came with olives too, probably the best hummus I'd ever had! The mussels were a large portion with a lot of sauce, perfect for the crusty bread to soak up. For the mains, we both ordered the braised beef which was delicious. It came with mash potato and button mushrooms in a red wine sauce, topped with parsnip crisps. The beef was cooked to perfection, falling apart and melting in the mouth. We didn't have a dessert due to being full from the starter and main but there is a good range of dessert choices. Overall, this meal was probably one of the best we had had in a long time. The service was also great and the vibes this restaurant offers is superb. The food is on the more pricey side, but you get what you pay for in quality. We will definitely be returning here and recommending to friends and family.
